if you want to get a weaker digestion, hair loss, shakes, joint paint, go low fat, zippo sex drive .I been healing since i upped my fats, these crazy vegans, raw people leading people down a death path, its the new craze Fat cause candida blah, blah, you be so weak on the diet no diease/candida probably cant survive, you be able to for awhile until all your organs shut down, but you will have crazy side effects , Where is Anthony? maybe dude got real sick with all the potatoes, i was in denial and was hoping low fat work(tried twice), matter fact it one of the worse diet out there you ask me..
