for pinworms you are going the wrong direction
you need to be putting cloves of garlic up your butt

they are one of the easiest to deal with
but they are also the easiest to catch, so the quickest to come back

you cannot get to them where they are laying eggs by taking things orally
washing out is good, but you have to follow up by exterminating around the anal sphincter
rub a mixture of vermifuge essential oils on that little rosy red spot that itches
also, put some essential oil in capsules and insert
