Thanks for your insights. I was tested for heavy metals. I had some small traces of lead and mercury. I've been sitting in a Far Infrared Sauna daily; also taking probiotics/enzymes and have taken antifungals here and there as tolerated, like coconut oil (though I haven't tried them since moving 3 months ago; every time I tried them, I'd get "die off").

Have you tried olive leaf extract? Any luck with it? Could help, it's really strong though. I would recommend starting low/slow.
