I been told if you have weak adrenal and you do liver cleanse then you might feel weak, sick for few days. but i think its essential to do Liver Cleaning to flush out toxic from the body. i have been suffering from adrenal fatigue from long time but its not improving. my digestion is not strong so body doesn't absorb all the essential nutritions. Hope liver cleanse improves my digestion.

why did u went off meat? when you have weak adrenal you need to eat high protein, healthy fat, and low carb diet.
