I ate something with wheat and gluten in it two days later and I had a terrible reaction - then I felt sick all week - not virus sick but achey, weak, sore throat, weird respiratory stuff (this never happens to me) and I did a couple coffee enemas and felt better, then did one last night and felt WORSE - like weak, anxiety, shaky.

But I also went off meat last week so that may have been just a bad combo.

I'd do one again but I just posted above about cleansing - I'm confused about cleansing with AF - plus epsom is pretty hard on adrenals.
