I think it will depend upon the severity. I think my daughter-in-law took one pill anywhere from one to 3 times per day on an empty stomach. Don't be surprised if it takes several months to make a big difference. It depends how bad your biofilm/mucus is....but she also had asthma so it was really bad for her. She mainly took it whenever her symptoms got bad; was not real consistent with it.

I think I also gave her Olive Leaf Extract - another great anti-viral.

An immune system booster might also be a good idea. This is my new favorite. I have a REALLY weak immune system and could get sick very easily. Since I started this I noticed a huge difference and have (knock-on-wood) not been sick since and it has been at least several months now and that is saying a lot for me - especially with eating some Sugar treats over the holidays! :)
