OK so finally the truth comes out...
*******I do have adrenal fatigue, along with insomnia problems and gallbladder disease.*****
You were falsely advertising that you were cured in 3 days for a very long time here.
Your low fat diet is going to set you up for a lifetime of gall bladder problems. Without the proper stimulus to the gallbladder (FROM FAT) you will be atrophying your gallbladder. The longer you remain low fat, the harder it's going to be to revive your gall bladder. It's a trap. You migh feel slightly better in one regard by feeling lighter or cleaner, but eventually you will be an obligatory fruitarian and it will be a very difficult road back from there, if it is even possible at all.
We are not living in the garden on eden my friend. Fukushima was just around the corner, and mercury-laden coal plants are blowing in the wind every day. The fruit diet is a nice fantasy but it is not appropriate for the year 2013.
FYI I went down that road for a bit and got really mentally unstable in a very short amount of time... sort of like someone else here.
Just be careful about using Harley as a guru or role model. You aren't going to sway too many people here to convert to your lifestyle, especially since a lot of people have already gone down that road and gotten a lot worse.
I also have to agree with Onward that borderline hypoglycemia is not so bad compared to some of the people here who are fearing for losing their lives.
I can't tell whether you are well-intentioned or just stuck in some sort of mental loop where you are unable to look at your own behavior objectively. If you are well-intentioned then it seems like just about any other approach than the one you are taking would be more effective in swaying people to your lifestyle
