Excellent post! 14 months for me thus far, can't wait to hit the 5 year mark. Really do feel sorry almost for those who are not properly iodinated or those who disregard the importance of it.

The gold leaf part interested me. Where can I get hold of some, would you recommend it and what are the benefits?
