Hi I'm having a lot of trouble with my symptoms I have no idea what is going on with me anymore and I really need some help.

I went gluten free 5 months ago after having a lot of bad symptoms and within 2 weeks of going gluten free i got completely better. I had trouble with cross contamination however when I ate out and everything started going downhill from there.

I started reacting to corn from all the processed food I was eating so i cut out corn and all processed food. I then had trouble with peanuts, soy, avocados, bananas, dairy (these were all things that i was eating a lot of) and i decided i had leaky gut and went on a rotation diet. I was improving a lot. Whenever i didn't eat something i was sensitive to i had no problems but now my problems are constant.

I have a bloated, distended stomach every time i eat, feeling of fullness when i barely eat anything, burping when i eat, flatulence after i eat, undigested food, this feeling like my food just sits in my upper abdomen and doesn't come out.. I can barely eat anything

I started taking some betaine HCL for low stomach acid and that has helped a little bit. I don't feel as full and don't get as much gas while I'm eating, but i do get quite a few burps. My stomach is still bloated though, but I'm not sure if this will heal maybe it takes longer? I'm worried i have SIBO or fructose malabsorption... do these sound like what i could have?? I'm scared to cut out fruit when i have barely anything left to eat! Sometimes when i eat fruit i feel fine and sometimes i get gassy and have stomach problems (similar to lactose) and it can be with or without fruits that are low fodmaps. I'm getting so sick of cutting out foods and still having problems!! I'm gonna have nothing left and i don't have the money to keep paying for tests... can someone please give me some advice?
