IMHO...The best thing to use against mold exposure is "systemic enzymes". You take them on an empty stomach. You need to break down the biofilms to be able to expose it to your immune system and expel the mold spores.

I had both a friend and a daughter-in-law with toxic mold exposure and VIRASTOP worked well for both of them.

It sounds like you may also have digestion issues - you may need to take digestive enzymes with meals also. This is a good one because it also contains ox bile and a bit of HCL:
