I found the that 2 to 3 full eye dropper fulls of 35% hydrogen peroxide in a half filled enema bag worked best for me to clear the candida out. been using it for 2 years. I also get a colonic every 3 months. I read Tony robins gets a colonic every 2 weeks. They are fantastic.
