Dont let anybody on here decide for you!! Make your own decision! Most people on this forum go the ALL natural route!! So most will say to not take the Meds from your doctor... consider yourself lucky as most of us have tried to get meds just to be called crazy over and over again and then handed anti-anxiety drugs!
Research Research Research and if you feel the need for meds take them... If you need help with natural treatment let me know :)
