I know that you are a success story here in the forum, and I am very happy for you. The only thing that I disagree with is that your practitioner says that it's impossible to get minerals up on food alone. What?! Isn't that the only way we've ever gotten our minerals? What did people do when there was no such thing as a pill or Endomet labs? That whole concept sounds like product pushing to me. Not you, but whoever told you that.
