Natway, I'll chime in here and agree with Onwards and others. I admire your passion to help others heal. That's admirable.

If you're unable to help people answer the questions they ask, then perhaps you're not as healed as you thought you were.

The key we all agree on is to find the root cause, solve that, and heal. Meanwhile deal with symptoms as much as you can.

As with Onwards, while I have a blood Sugar issue, I am healed from AF. I can go backwards tho easily with the wrong diet (and other issues). Your diet would knock me back, I guarantee that 100%.
