In large doses the stomach and the lungs can puke. Dr. Christopher used pepperment prior to the lobelia and 2-3 extra helpers in case the person got in serious choking problems, not something I would personally experiment with. In large enough dose it will work, that dose is only none when it is done. You would want straight lobelia extracted in raw vinegar for best results and plenty of emergency aid if needed.
