Has anyone had favorable results with "Standard Process" vitamins, particulariy the B-Complex.

I have been afraid to take a B-complex since I had horrible anxiety re-starting it after a crash 3.6 years ago. But, than too I was taking a mega B complex dose, 75 to 100mg. of just about each B vit. synthetic.

I saw on Standard Process there Bs are much much lower and also are from a whole food source, where as the B complex I took a long time ago, was synthetic. In my severe stage of AF, I wonder if I should try this? or not? I know so many can not tolerate the B's, but they are so esential, especially neurologically.

Would just like to hear any feedback. Thank you.
