I have Bentonite but have not incorporated it yet. One thing at a time for me. When I do "too much" I don't know what has worked and what has not worked so I have turned to targeted methodologies at a time.

Bentonite draws out everything, good and bad, as did the distilled water. Right now, I need to rebuild my reserves of nutrients before I head into deeper healing methods that pull more toxins out.
