I have been suffering from lower back pain since 2 months. I started facing problem with sitting. I used to travel a lot that's the reason I am suffering a lot. While paining I could feel the numbness in my legs. I am being treated now still I am unable to get rid of the pain. Its very tough for me to sit and work. So, I wanna know some therapies if anyone is aware of that would help me to relax for sometime.
