I am also heterozygous(sp?) for MTHFR gene, I havent done much to increase my methylation, except I took SAM-e at one point, I do not remember feeling any different, but that was a couple years ago, maybe I shall try again. also I remember seeing post on this forum by "Trick X Master" , I think he talked about his experiences with methylation so you could look at his post history.
