I don't even want to think what I would be if I was what I used to eat...bordered on cannabalism and male to be perverse. Your soul needs to be clear and and your mind needs to be strong for any fast of any kind. I find it unlikely for individuals to ask for support and strength before even beginning a fast to be able to get through day 1. A fast can be done and accomplished successfully but one must be able to understand it is the strength within themselves.
