Thanks Sherpa - i'm also on C and BIG B's!

I'll have to see how it goes - wanting to try it to also increase methylation aswell as hopefully a mood enhancer.

I'm beginning to suspect low-methylation, high histamine levels, niacin reaction - to be linked.
How that impacts adrenals i am not yet sure. An awful lotta dots to join at the moment!
