Dvjorge, I also began making enemas and of course a lot of white stuff came out of me. I hope that is a good method of getting rid of persistent candidasis. But I think I have some thoughts to your consideration.

I noticed that there is much easier method of getting fecal metter out of colon than opening enemas with water as you practise. The same results I achieve with laxatives and then, after defecation only one retention enema with nystatin. You save much time, it's easier and you don't flush out good flora with water.

What is more I think that good idea is to add in the same retention enema some anti- candida probiotics what may be really important in recovery eg Lactobacillus plantarum 299v.

I think that way you have much bigger chance to rebuild healthy bacterial flora because I think you flush out a lot with so many enemas and so candida can return.

I also think what else I would add to this enema to kill candida living deep in walls of intestines. It's also question for you. I thought about enema with clotrimazole, as long as it's not good absorbed through mucosa. It's relatively cheap and available. I don't really know if it's good idea and I would like to know your opinion as I consider you as experts in that case. I also consider taking unecenoic acid which is available in a powder form in enemas as dr McCombs claims it converts fungus to non dangerous form. Oral version did not much for me but maybe this way would be much more effective??
