So lets say one chooses Anthony's potatoes diet.

Don't these potatoes turn into sugar.

Wouldn't this feed the Candida.

Even Anthony said it can live off your blood sugar.

Pfftt I would cut potatoes all day and pan fry them in some good oil if it was just that easy.

I do have to say that I have been eating more lean chicken (1% fat, Your body still needs fat)

And it hasn't helped at all.

So I don't think high protein is a good choice either.
