I nearly did it lol but freaked out and came back. Will try again.

The Cold Shower before and no eating 2 hours before does help.

I asked my guides to help me out. I dowsed a lot of questions and they told me to put my T3 zapper on the top of my head with it being off after having a Cold Shower and no food for 2/3 hours.

The words i repeated for 10 minutes before it happened was "mind awake, body asleep" "mind awake, body asleep"..

It was totally awesome even tho i only just did it.

Will try it out tonight again. Awesome!
