Re: magnesium levels - i've been hesitant to supplement with it as my recent hair test showed max levels of it. Value of 18 on the hair test but i don't know how much more than that as that is their max value range for the test.

Manganese levels exactly the same - off the charts at 0.12 rather than ideal of 0.04.

I did consider what if my body is not USING the magnesium - haven't yet looked into why...but would explain why it's been circulating in my system at stupidly high saturations yet most would say my symptoms exhibit deficiency.

I've been taking D3 10,000iu for 9 months pre-hair test.

(p.s is there a hair analysis forum here? Couldn't find one. I got a 1 page interpretation for 250 bucks! Could do with more info to help interpret it more accurately.)
