I was feeling cold all the time and catching colds,sore throat,inflamed sinuses every time I went out.
Now its slightly better.
I think its all due to moisture,toxins in our guts and exhaustion due to chronic infection there.
I also had low grade body temperature for couple of months which is sign of exhaustion.
I use dr.Stuarts or green tea or liver detox teas and dandelion coffee.
If you cant swallow try carrot,ginger,chicken cream soup,it helped me and got antifungal properties.
