It's what I expected, you're eating too little carbs and way waaaaaay too much fat.

This is the low fat diet ratio (Carbs/Protein/Fats) that healed my main illness and that I advocate now:

80-10-10

The low carb/Paleo ratio that gives everyone constant carb & Sugar cravings recommends this:

40-30-30

Yours is:

45-10-45
