Btw, get your blood Sugar level checked because you're showing symptoms of hyperglycemia and fatty liver disease, consistent with a high fat diet.
Early signs of hyperglycemia in diabetes include:
Increased thirst
Headaches
Difficulty concentrating
Blurred vision
Frequent urination
Fatigue (weak, tired feeling)
Weight loss
Blood Sugar more than 180 mg/dL

Fatty liver disease...can cause vague problems such as:
Fatigue
Weight loss or loss of appetite
Weakness
Nausea
Confusion, impaired judgment, or trouble concentrating
These symptoms may also be present:
Pain in the center or right upper part of the abdomen
An enlarged liver
Patchy, dark skin discoloration, usually on the neck or underarm area
