Here's his story, collected from entries posted over time, after his getting serious about alkalizing and re-mineralizing. It was that or get worse and worse. I too, was starting to feel "age" creeping up on me, when I first came to CZ in 2001 or so. And with re-mineralization have become much healthier than I was, though I'm more than a decade older than when I first started looking for the natural way to reverse what people call "normal" (that is, the progressive decline into disease, infirmity, "management" of symptoms with drugs, surgeries, and finally, death.)
