Unrelated to candida but I believe Blood Type Diet s are amazing, before I had noticed my candida -3 years or so after in the end of my teens present date- I had terrible undescribable pains in my chest, panic attacks and short sharp breathing. They never went away until I started working with the blood type plan my digestion was alot worse too.. It definately helped me. I do not have enough knowledge of what you are doing with ratios so I can only say what I am eating is sticking similar to my Blood Type Diet and I feel quite well I have gained enough strength since after the Antibiotics I was taking ruined my system.
