I would be interested in how you go with the SAM-e I started taking it and felt more revved and stopped. I am so sensitive. Adrenal cortex was too much, thyroxin too much even bush flower essences too much. It felt like i was not in touch with the true state of my body or something....Anyway perhaps that is the initial experience with SAM-e and it balances out. Good luck
