I have been plagued with excess mucos in my head/ sinus , ears, eyes, you name it. Basically I am trying the DR John R Christopher "mucusless diet".

if you type mucus in the search bar on that page there will be many articles to read and herbs/ supplements that can help mucus.....

BTW my excessive mucus has drastically gone way down- primarily when I stopped consuming dairy.
