I've known more than a handful of people who DO KNOW they have to change their way of eating, and they really want to - but there are problems in their lives that cause them so much stress that they find themselves unable to stick to a healthy diet. They need the grace of God, good luck, intervention from others, whatever. Just wanting something real bad isn't enough.
