I had roundworm, and the die off for me was very severe, lots of anxiety and depression. Although I did not want to die, I love life, I had suicidal thoughts also.

What helped me later when I went through it again, was to know it was not a chemical imbalance in my mind, it was the toxins and excretions from the worms in your bloodstream, and that the feeling will pass. Keep your bowels moving and do frequent enema's if you need to to clear the toxins out.
