Like with Anthony, I wouldn't be recommending high carb/low fat if it didn't work for one of my conditions.

I've researched into high carb/low fat more after hearing Anthony say it was healing his candida and leaky gut problems after years eating high fat and have come to the conclusion after reviewing the science, logic, and evidence that high fat diets looks to be the root cause of high blood Sugar (hyperglycemia) which leads to both Candidiasis & Type II Diabetes.

I also look at the Candida section at this forum and see tons of people having such a hard time trying to controlling their Candida while on the high fat/low carb "Anti-Candida diet" no matter what or how many supplements they try.

Diabetes continuing to spike in China

"The more common type of diabetes in China grew by 30 percent in just seven years, according to a new survey of thousands of Shanghai residents.

The study did not pinpoint the causes of the rise in diabetes, and Koplan said he could only speculate on what's to blame.

He said that it's been well documented that people are getting wealthier and heavier in China and diets are including more saturated fat."
