Not exactly the picture of perfect health if you ask me and low carb/high fat is what made me come to this forum in the first place looking for answers to why I was so sick.

is raw food vegan, I make that disclaimer every time I post their link and add that you don't have to go raw or vegan, but that I recommend go more in that direction of eating more raw, more fruits, and lower fat.
