Hi Kate, I'm glad you mentioned a gallbladder flush, and very sorry to hear you had your gallbladder removed--since as you now know, it is avoidable. But so few know that. My partner had his removed. (PS I hope you are still caring for the liver, even liver flushing? very important, as you probably know. If the gallbladder was compromised, so was the liver.)


A good book on the power and importance of the flush is "The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush" by Andrea s Moritz.
