There are still a few hours remaining in the year 2012, but I've decided to start a little early...
the Plan is to begin the New Year with a 48-hour Dry Fast, then when refeeding, do so with a plant-based Vegan diet. My Vitamix blender is going to get a lot of use making Green Smoothies......WY
P.S. 2013 is going to be my Best Year ever....I can just 'feel' it. You can make it yours too.
