In the meantime 8 inches around the area is scary! A local walk in can lance it for you and prescribe an antibiotic.... Much as I avoid Antibiotics , I think they do have a place and you might not want to wait on this. Keep taking that probiotic : )

My niece had a MRSA boil/infection in her armpit that we tried to wait out but ended up taking her to the walk-in. The doctor said had we waited another day she would have had to go in the hospital! Funny... isn't that where you ~get~ MRSA also?
