And to you, Chris! And the forum. And to everyone, everywhere. May 2013 be the year that Love (and wisdom born of our interconnectedness) outshines all suffering and sorrow. And directs all our actions, for the good of others. I feel it! Am thinking about an orange juice fast. But I won't talk about it here.:-) Water only, folks. Water in winter is harder, hard for me to envision, and I applaud the fortitude of those who can do it.


I do plan to do an annual Water Fast though. I so value the time disengaged from the world-of-food and general consumption. Just not sure how long the wfast will be.
I'm not sure I see any 21 or 29 days in my future--but maybe 14.
