Hi Jmartin.
I have been doing NB for 8 months now. I have just gone into 4 lows pattern. During that time I have read and listened to most of the stuff out there by Paul Eck, Larry Wilson, David Watts and Rick Malter on the subject. If you start off in a 4 lows pattern it can take a year or sometimes longer to get out of it. Thta doesn't mean the body is not repairing itself. In Loren Chatsworths book Dr Eck explains that for some people in extreme burnout it can take 2- 3 years to get them out. This doesn't mean the body doesn't get better in that time. I ave been ill for 15 years and very slowly I am getting improvements but sometimes I feel worse. My energy is pretty flat although now and again I seem to get bursts. My mood is slowly improving. Whilst you are in 4 lows and taking so much Cal/ Mag it is hard to tell if you are getting any better, but I know on days where I forget to take supplements in the morning I seem more energized. Anyway I'm not sure who your practitioner is but I'm sure its important to speak to someone who can expalin what is going on for you in ways that you can understand. I'm working with Theresa Vernon and if I'm ever worried about my protocol she explains it really well to me and puts my mind at rest. Maybe working with a different practitioner will help. Also not sure how you manage to spend $200 a month. I am in 4 lows and my program works out around $100 a month more or less. I know Dr Wilsons practioners suggest more supplements than the lab does.. Anyway just putting thoughts out there. Hang on in there you do have a extreme burnout pattern ...
