Hi-

I recently started a high protien diet which caused a nasty rash on my chest.  Itched like crazy!  I read on a blog to try either vaseline or coconut oil.  I used both and they both gave relief...but the coconut oil made it go away in about a week!  Give it a try....unfefined bought in whole foods.
