This is a very good question. If you research it, you will find the consumption of gluten (or sometimes any other grain) can cause your inflammation to spike for up to six months. My friend who is a homeopathic practitioner always tells me it takes 90 days plus one month for every year you have been sick to heal. Give it time. Stick to the paleo diet. If it CURED MS, then I think it is a good protocol.
