Okay I am now at 90hrs into my dry fast and am still experiencing no disire for water or food. I have noticed my hands and feet are a lot more prone to getting pins and needles but all the other symptoms have reduced or gone (headache, nausea, etc).

The pins and needles thing is not a worry right? I otherwise feel OK.

Should mention that I am doing this to fix gastrointestinal issues that appeared opon eating and wouldn't be fixed by all kinds of alternative treatment (Gaps, fodmaps, betaine hcl, and many more). The main symptoms where heavy bloating, constipation, fatigue and tons of other smaller symptoms. Obviously the bloating has almost gone on the fast (first time i've not been bloated in 10+months) but I guess I wont know if it has truely worked until I break the fast!
