Sorry to hear it, a couple things that come to mind that NB alone would not be very good at addressing, atleast with any type of speed are:

-Mercury toxicity
-Candida
-Parasites
-Lyme?

I'm sure you've looked into these, but I noticed a significant bump when I started going after candida along with my NB. Also, I had some issues with the NB supplements containing glandulars and copper. Limcomin has copper. Others tolerate those supplements very well.
