I gave her a link to this board so she didn't need to rely on my second-hand, filtered, or omitted advice.

Packed her:

Povidone Iodine
1/2 oz. of 2% SSKI (check's in the mail, I'm almost out)
Magnesium Malate
Vitamin C
Real Salt
Selenium
Jarrow's K2-7
told her to mix her own mineral oil with cayenne
she already has some CS
