I am in the four lows. Calcium is 16, magnesium is 4, potassium is 2, and sodium Is one. Considering the large doses of Paramin and limcomin I've been taking I thought for sure it would improve some, but is has not. All levels and ratios are virtually the same. The only thing changed is I've totalling eliminated cadmium, and reduced the aluminum level.
