Thanks mrcuddly....I like u poinitng out tht oil pulling has certainly brought me time to think. Except the one tooth which wiggles when touched by a finger, rest of my oral health is showing improvement. If nothing, i love the feeling of a clean mouth and no morning breath. I am now so addicted to a clean mouth tht i HAVE to rinse my mouth after anything i eat. Which in itself is a step towards healthier mouth ( i believe).
Now if only, tht wiggly tooth tightens.....it will stop me frm losing my mind and freaking out!!!
BTW, have ordered CO Q 10 , lets see if it has any effect...
