Hi, since about a week I know I'm pregnant, I'm 5 weeks now. Even before I became pregnant I've been taking Moringa and Chlorella daily. I've read that both of them are rich in folic acid, so now I'm not sure if I should take extra folic acid or not. I can't find any information on how much folic acid there is within Moringa and Chlorella.

Anyone who can help me on this?
