This is probably to late, but...take all the LBB's at once. Taking them one at a time is not enough at once to get you moving take at night so you can have a morning BM. Taking them one at a time just isn't enough to get things rolling. Drinking some additional water would also help.Try taking a glass of water after the OJ.
